Yogardener is founded on the belief that your environment shapes your health and well being. We believe that there are three key areas where you can improve your environment –
This initially takes place within one’s own body – A healthy mind and body are fundamental to a satisfied life.
After taking the charge of our inner realm, we are able to steward our surrounding environment. Our everyday surroundings reinforce our understanding of the world, so their care is essential to how we experience our lives.
With an intelligently curated inner realm and corresponding outer realm, we can move out into the community with grace and impact. As we improve our community, our self improvement journey gains depth and texture as gain the understanding that our own experiences are reflected in the triumph and struggles of those around us.
Facilitating beauty in the natural world and inside of every human being is my passion. Creating vibrant outdoor living spaces with year round features that add lasting value to homeowners satiates my desire to interact with the living world. Teaching yoga allows me to use vulnerability and unconditional love as vehicles for opening the path to embodied freedom.
If you’re ready to take an interdisciplinary approach to managing your property or your health, a relationship with me is a great place to start!
